FAITHWALKERS

Thank you Yiwen for all the things you posted. That's quite a lot of stuff, and it'll take some time to digest.

I really liked this though..

IF somehow i start doubting my faith,
I first understand the problem and how it's obstructing me from my faith.
Then I start to think, who's helping me think this way?
Who gave me the ability to master this kind of knowledge?
Whyam i thinking this way?
I couldn't have come this far all by myself.

Y'know, the big picture.

And so, it all comes back to God.
The answers may not come so much as yet, but they'll come in time.
The world is filled with so many different opinions that one day, with God guidance, we'll be able to find the right answer.
And how much our faith would have been strengthened by then :D

"For I know the great plans I have in mind for you..."
Anyway, while we're on the topic of faith, take a look at Hebrews 11.
1. Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. ... 6. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. 39. These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. 40. God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.

We so often don't know the when, what or how - but God knows. God doesn't promise that we'll see instant results (or even that we'll see them here on this earth). But then, if we say He is sovereign, what can keep Him from fulfilling His promises and bringing all these things to pass in His time? The answer - nothing. Nothing can separate us from His love, nothing can be too great a mountain for Him to move or a storm for Him to calm.

Sometimes it's hard to keep on believing that, especially when it seems as though my prayers aren't answered. That's where we need faith, by God's grace, to keep on believing. Our faith is built not on how much we believe, but because we have an unchanging God, yesterday, today and forever, who hears us and calls us His.

Because he lives I will fear no darkness
Because he lives I will walk in light
Because he lives I will praise his kindness
Because he lives hope shines ever bright
Because he lives I will seek his righteousness
Because he lives I'll follow where he leads
Because he lives I shall conquer even death
And I shall live because he lives!
